introducing…
make a statement with your stuff
Being “aware” of mental health isn’t enough.
It’s time to replace
mental health awareness
with
mental health acceptance
An act as simple as saying and showing the words help to drive the normalization and acceptance required to:
(1) help others know it’s okay to be you just as you are, and,
(2) if someone chooses to pursue support, that’s ok, too.
By reminding others that Spectrums are Pretty, you, too, can help fight the stigmas around the most common mental health conditions that keeps people feeling alone, ashamed, and afraid or unwilling to pursue the support they need.

make a statement:
celebrate neurodiversity all across the spectrums
even during hard times, you matter and are of value
stand with anyone who stands for peace
normalize the visibility of mental health conditions
be introverted or uninterested, just be you
have some fun:
enjoy and express every bit of your extra
embrace every part of you (with a little humor)
this, or that
no one person is one thing. we are infinite.
