make a statement with your stuff

Being “aware” of mental health isn’t enough.

It’s time to replace

mental health awareness

with

mental health acceptance

An act as simple as saying and showing the words help to drive the normalization and acceptance required to:

(1) help others know it’s okay to be you just as you are, and,

(2) if someone chooses to pursue support, that’s ok, too.

By reminding others that Spectrums are Pretty, you, too, can help fight the stigmas around the most common mental health conditions that keeps people feeling alone, ashamed, and afraid or unwilling to pursue the support they need.
